Booking & Cancellation

Payment

  • Payment is due in full at your appointment. Please pay by cash.
  • No deposit or online payment is taken when you book.
  • The treatment price is displayed on the treatments page and before you confirm your booking.

Arrival

  • Please arrive on time.
  • Please arrive without mascara or eye makeup and avoid oil-based products around the eyes on the day of your appointment.

Late arrivals

  • Arrivals of more than 10 minutes late may result in a shortened appointment.
  • Arrivals of more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled.

Cancellations & rescheduling

  • Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance via the confirmation email.
  • Repeated late cancellations may affect future booking eligibility.

Missed appointments

  • Missed appointments may affect future booking eligibility and may require pre-payment for the next appointment.

Patch tests, allergies & sensitivities

  • A patch test may be required at least 48 hours in advance for new clients or those with sensitive eyes.
  • Please disclose allergies, previous reactions or medical conditions before your appointment.

Aftercare

  • Avoid water, steam and heat for 24 hours.
  • Cleanse daily with a lash-safe foam and avoid oil-based products.
  • Brush gently with a clean spoolie and never rub or pick your lashes.

Deposits & refunds

  • Deposits are not currently required. Payment is taken in cash at the appointment.
  • Treatments already carried out are non-refundable.
